£19,240 FTE (£10,400 pro rata)

We are looking for a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our team. You will provide admin support to our advice service. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining volunteer records and ensuring our volunteers have the resources they need to be able to provide excellent service to our clients. You will play a key role in our volunteer recruitment process and provide admin support with training.
You will be able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and have a keen eye for detail. You will also have strong IT skills and be able to communicate effectively face-to-face, in writing and over the phone.
Above all, you will have a collaborative and inclusive approach, and a desire to work for an independent charity providing services to the local community.
