We are looking for a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude to join us in this role. You will report to the Advice Services Manager and be a key member of the Advice Services Team. You will manage the day to day work of our team of volunteers to ensure that we deliver high quality advice to our clients.
Our new Help to Claim service went live on 1 April 2019. This is a national service to support clients to make a claim for Universal Credit. The service can be accessed by phone, webchat or face-to-face. For more details click here
