Our generalist advice service is provided by volunteers which means that we normally only have one person answering the phone at any one time so please bear with us. Alternatively, you can send us an email by completing the form here.
Calls cost the same as calling 01 and 02 numbers. They are also included in mobile allowances and landline calls inclusive packages.
When you first contact us by phone you will be given a brief initial assessment, normally around 10 minutes, in order for us to understand your problem. Our adviser will decide on a course of action to help you resolve your issue or they will make an appointment for you to discuss it in more detail. This might be by phone or face-to-face at one of our offices.
Our advisers will research your options and look at the possible outcomes of different courses of action. They will not tell you what to do but encourage you to make your own decisions. They will help you to make informed decisions by advising on your specific needs and giving you the facts on which to base those decisions.
