Do you have a mental health condition or problem? At Citizens Advice Guildford we are pleased to offer a specialist advice service for anyone with mental health issues.
If you have a mental health condition we are able to provide a responsive service in terms of the frequency and length of appointment. Appointments are at our Haydon Place office with a specialist adviser and cover all advice areas. To use this service you do not need to be in secondary care or connected with any formal mental health service and you can self-refer or be referred from support services. Referrals and appointments for this service can be made by phoning Nicola at the Mental Health Project on 01483 230 846 or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We also provide a Mental Health service that is only open to clients who are in secondary care and connected to Guildford and Waverley CMHRS. Appointments for this service take place at Berkley House in Godalming and at Farnham Road Hospital in Guildford.
This project is funded by North East Hampshire and Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group, Guildford and Waverley Commissioning Group and Guildford Borough Council.
